Please read these terms carefully before using our platform

Welcome to WEENorth Network ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using WEENorth Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
By creating an account or using our Service, you:
- Confirm you are at least 16 years old
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accept full responsibility for your use of the platform
- Acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or business per account
- You may not transfer your account to another person
Account Types
Artisan Accounts
For skilled professionals offering services. Must provide accurate credentials and work history.
Client Accounts
For individuals or businesses seeking services. Must provide valid contact information.
Vendor Accounts
For businesses selling goods. Must provide business registration and tax information.
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Scrape or copy content without permission
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Circumvent security features
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
- Use automated bots or scripts
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, reviews, photos, videos)
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
- You represent that you have the right to post your content
- You are responsible for your content and any consequences
Our Content
- The platform design, code, and features are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- WEENorth® and our logo are our trademarks
Our Role
WEENorth Network is a platform that connects service providers with clients. We:
- Facilitate connections between users
- Provide tools for profile creation and job management
- Verify profiles to maintain quality
- Do NOT employ artisans or guarantee service quality
- Are NOT responsible for the actual work performed
- Do NOT mediate disputes between users
Verification
We verify profiles based on submitted information. However:
- Verification does not guarantee quality or reliability
- Users should perform their own due diligence
- We may revoke verification at any time
Transactions between users and artisans are handled directly between the parties. WEENorth may charge:
- Subscription fees for premium features (if applicable)
- Transaction fees for in-platform payments
- Listing fees for vendors (if applicable)
All fees will be clearly communicated before charging. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your safety is important. We recommend:
- Meeting in public places for initial consultations
- Sharing job locations with trusted contacts
- Using the in-platform messaging system
- Checking ratings and reviews before hiring
- Reporting suspicious behavior immediately
- Never sharing sensitive personal information
Emergency: If you're in immediate danger, contact local authorities (Police: 191, Ambulance: 193)
Service "As Is"
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Quality or reliability of services provided by users
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Availability of specific features
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEENorth Network shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from user interactions
- Unauthorized access to your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is used for illegal activities
- You provide false information
- You harm other users or the platform
- We're required to do so by law
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
If you have a dispute with another user:
- First, try to resolve it directly with the other party
- If unresolved, submit a complaint through our platform
- We will review and may assist, but are not obligated to resolve disputes
Any disputes with WEENorth Network shall be governed by the laws of Ghana and resolved through arbitration or Ghanaian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
